Fundo El Paraíso is a family-owned agricultural estate located in the fertile valleys of Irrigación Santa Rosa, Peru, cultivating 240 hectares of premium fruits using sustainable farming practices. In a high-value agricultural operation, efficiency and data quality are crucial. But for this grower, evaluating fruit samples manually was both time-consuming and unsustainable.

The process required a skilled engineer to physically assess just 12 fruits per plot — typically four per hectare — and used Excel-based calculations to produce an estimate.
