The Challenge
Anecoop, one of Europe’s largest fruit and vegetable group, a second-tier cooperative, depends on timely, accurate fruit data to plan harvest and sales across its network of growers. However, due to labour shortages and time constraints, manually collecting representative samples was inefficient.
